2024 OBSA Division Rules and Bylaws Update
2024 Rules updates are posted and live for the 2024 Spring Season. There are league specific rules updates in all divisions so please read and get to know all the league specific rules for your 2024 division of play. Check them out on our website at

Keep in mind these are supplemental to the primary rule book published by OBSA's sanctioning body Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth League. 2024 rule books for Cal Ripken Babe Ruth are in processing with the league and will be provided to the coached as soon as BRL makes them available.
